Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Undobase.io web application and related services (the "Service") operated by Pinkdragon Technologies Pvt. Ltd (undoBase.io). ("we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account, connecting a Supabase project, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Undobase.io provides a spreadsheet-style interface to view and edit data in your Supabase projects, with change history, undo, and team workspace features. The Service connects to your Supabase instance using credentials you provide.

We do not host your application database. Row data is read from and written to your Supabase project via the Supabase API. We store application metadata, audit logs, and encrypted connection credentials on our infrastructure.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your account.

You may sign in using email one-time passcodes or supported OAuth providers (such as GitHub or Google). You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.

Each user is associated with a single workspace unless we explicitly enable otherwise. Workspace owners and admins control membership and project connections.

You retain ownership of your data in your Supabase projects. You grant us a limited license to access, process, and display that data solely to provide the Service, including logging changes for audit and undo features.

You are responsible for supplying a valid Supabase secret API key (sb_secret_...) and ensuring you have the right to connect each project. Do not share secret keys with teammates; invite them to Undobase.io instead.

You must comply with Supabase's terms and applicable law when using the Service. We encrypt secret API keys at rest using industry-standard encryption; keys are decrypted only on our servers to perform API operations you initiate.

You agree not to: (a) use the Service in violation of any law or third-party rights; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service; (d) reverse engineer the Service except where permitted by law; (e) use the Service to store or transmit malware or illegal content; (f) resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or pose a security risk.

The Service may be offered during a beta period with features or limits that change without notice. Paid plans, usage limits, and billing may be introduced later; we will provide reasonable notice before charging fees.

When paid billing is enabled, fees, renewal terms, and refund policies will be described at checkout or on our pricing page. Failure to pay may result in suspension of paid features.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that edits, undo, or rewind operations will always produce correct results in your database. You are responsible for verifying critical changes and maintaining backups.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PINKDRAGON TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD (UNDOBASE.IO). AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You will indemnify and hold harmless Pinkdragon Technologies Pvt. Ltd (undoBase.io). and its affiliates from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your connected Supabase projects, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account or access with notice where reasonable, or immediately for material breach or security reasons.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions that by nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity) will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on https://www.undobase.io/terms and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-product notice. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, Maharashtra, India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Exclusive jurisdiction for disputes shall lie in the courts located in that state, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
